Legal Advice

Prepare yourself for a sales pitch. I have had LegalShield for well over a decade. I also can sell it to you through another one of my websites (coming soon, for now you can just go buy it!) or if you want to contact me through email. If you can swing the $30 a month, it is well worth it even outside the scope of dual citizenship. My wife and I have used their services for countless issues where we needed real legal advice. It has saved us way more than $30 a month over the years.

I will go into more detail later in this guideline, but I do have a pretty sticky name discrepancy two generations up on the documents. I was able to have the attorneys here in Arizona reach out to the attorneys in Pennsylvania where the documents were to help me with my real legal options. The LegalShield attorney in Pennsylvania wrote a letter for me that I was able to include with my application which gave proof that the name discrepancy could not be changed legally due to Pennsylvania law. I believe that letter was paramount to my application. If you don't already have a lawyer on retainer, because who does!? I strongly suggest getting LegalShield now.
